Welcome to Moduri. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of moduri.ca and any purchases you make. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Moduri is an online retailer of imported household and lifestyle goods, operated by Parkson Trading Inc. (a Canadian business registered in British Columbia, Business Number 838416584). Our business address is #330A-4501 North Rd., Burnaby, BC V3N 4R7, Canada.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent, to make purchases. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You may purchase as a guest or create a customer account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and all activities under your account.

4. Products, Pricing, and Availability

•         All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

•         Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

•         We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Slight variations in color, packaging, or design may occur.

•         In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and refund payment.

5. Orders and Payment

•         Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order.

•         Payment is required at the time of order.

•         We accept payments through Shopify Payments (major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

•         Applicable taxes (GST, PST, HST) will be calculated and added based on your shipping address.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. We ship within Canada only.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You agree not to:

•         Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

•         Reproduce, copy, or resell any part of our website or content

•         Submit false or misleading information

•         Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks

10. Product Brands and Trademarks

Brand names and trademarks of products we sell (such as Lock&Lock, Monami, Kakao Friends) are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not imply endorsement or partnership unless explicitly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moduri's liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our website is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use of our website indicates your acceptance.
